An international tournament were 2 spanish teams traveled to the USA to play against an american team at the historic Daytona Nascar Circuit, in Florida. All of the players had intellectual disabilities.

In 2017, Nàstic de Tarragona organized something pioneering: the Champions Genuine. An international soccer tournament for people with intellectual disabilities.

A football competition for people with intellectual disabilities in Spain, was born in 2017/18. It is organized through the LALIGA Foundation and represents professional soccer's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
